Inger Munk

Inger Munk MA Social Geography from Aarhus University heads the Danish School of Media and Journalism International.

She has experience of many years working with projects and organisations within European higher education. She is a founding parent and consortium coordinator for the Erasmus Mundus Masters in Journalism, Media and Globalisation and is the European coordinator for mobility projects supported by the Erasmus+ and EU-US; EU-Canada; EU-NZ and EU-Australia programmes. The most recent of these is the double degree project Europe and Australia in the World – Reporting Political, Environmental and Social Change (WORLDREP). She is used as a resource person for working groups and for presentation of projects within higher education in Europe like the EAIE (Joint Programme Network).

She has been general secretary for organisations such as the European Journalism Training Association (EJTA) and the Nordic Journalism Training Association. Research done in the field of Internationalization of Higher Education. Most recent article published in the Journal of Applied Journalism & Media Studies.Vol.6, N03/2017 pp.485-506 “Global Interaction as a learning path towards inclusive journalism”.

Inger Munk is the DIALOGUE project coordinator.
